Description: You have seen them in the air and you have always wanted one of your own and now here is your chance. With permission from Dean Jordan, Rod will teach you how to build a 27 sq ft Jordan Air Form.
The 27 Airform is the smallest of the kites that Dean has designed and the techniques learned will carry over to any of the different sizes or any other soft foil build. You will receive written plans, a rib profile and step by step instructions, also instructions to create a long tube tail.
The Airform lends itself perfectly as a canvas for appliqué. If you desire to appliqué the face of the kite Rod will send you dimensions for the face so you can have it ready prior to arriving. You will need to provide 11 yards of fabric to create this kite.
A portion of the class fee will be sent to Dean as a licensing fee.
What to bring: Sewing machine, notions and long straight edge
