Day & Time: Saturday 9:00 AM continuing into Sunday – Class #8

Description: This is a day and a half class that is designed to use left over scraps of fabric to create larger sections in order to construct a kite. You will use quilting techniques to consistently promote accuracy in stitching and layout. This class will encourage you to relax and choose colors randomly to make your creation and develop good habits.
What to bring: Sewing machine and notions. Strips of fabric prepared before class (you will get instructions regarding this if you sign up for the class). Hot knife & cutting surface, also a large cutting mat.
Experience level: Intermediate on up!
